EditRocket provides sytnax highlighting for many programming languages. EditRocket uses files containing keyword information for each of these languages. Most languages have a certain category of keyword displayed in one color, another category of keyword displayed in another color, and if the language has built-in functions, another color for those. The Syntax Highlighting preferences tab displays where these files are located. To add or remove keywords from these files, simply edit the file.
EditRocket provides the ability for users to customize the color and font-weight of syntax highlighted text. This can be done via the Customize button on the Syntax Highlighting preferences tab.
